Your Wedding Album
made easy
Your Wedding Album
Your wedding day has been and gone – the excitement, the love, the beautiful details – but it’s not all over yet! It’s time to start designing your Wedding Album!!
I know I’ve already said this, but I can’t help saying it again – your Wedding Album is likely one of your first heirlooms as a married couple and it’s such a precious keepsake. There’s truly nothing like the tactile feeling of holding your wedding photos in your hands, and a fine art album is the most beautiful way to share these memories with family, friends, and perhaps even your future kids and grandkids!
So, how do we make this happen? Easy! Just follow my step-by-step Guide to Designing Your Wedding Album.

LOG-IN TO PIC-TIME
Step One
1
Log-in to your Pic-Time Gallery to view your images (see my past emails to you for the link)
CHOOSE YOUR FAVOURITE PHOTOS
Step Two
2
Apart from receiving your album and flicking through it for the first time, this is by the far the best part of designing your album! If it’s summertime, make yourself your favourite refreshing cocktail or crack open a beer and find a cool spot to go over your gallery one more time. If it’s winter, I recommend cuddling up with some mulled wine or a hot cup of tea. Either way, make a date night out of it and enjoy!
When choosing images, remember that this is for you! It’s one of your first keepsakes as a married couple, so don’t feel obliged to fill it with pictures you think you should have. There’s no wrong or right – just choose what you like the most! If you’re still struggling to choose, try to think of your album as a picture book telling the story of your day. What photos best tell your story?
In the end, you need to choose up to 70 of your favourite photos from the full gallery. To choose them, simply flag your photos. This will work out to roughly 2-3 images per page in a 26-page (13-spread) album. Some pages will have one photo, some might have four, but about 70 total photos works perfectly to tell your story beautifully without being overwhelming.
If you really can’t choose, don’t worry! You can always choose more and simply add additional pages to your album. Each additional page costs $35 (or $70 per double-page spread).
EMAIL ME!
Step Three
3
Once you’ve finished choosing your images, just let me know via email.
PAYMENT
Step Four
4
Once you’ve chosen your images and we’ve finalised the number of pages, I’ll send through your invoice, as well as the Album terms & conditions. Please note – once the deposit is paid, your image choices can’t be changed!
DESIGN (FIRST DRAFT + CHANGES)
Step Five
5
Once I’ve received the deposit, I’ll get to work designing your album. After spending so much time with you on your wedding day and going over each and every one of your photos throughout the editing process, it’s such a pleasure for me to turn them into a beautiful keepsake for you. I love telling the story of your day through the album design, but of course in the end, it’s your day and your album.
Once the design is done, I’ll send it through to you for approval. Hopefully you love it as it is, but just in case, you’re able to make one round of changes before your album is sent to print. Based on your feedback, I’ll action any specific requests, before sending you the final proof for you to sign off on. Please look over the design carefully and be sure you love it, as once you’ve given approval, it can’t be changed!
DESIGN (ALBUM COVER)
Step Six
6
This is the last step before printing! You can choose between either a linen or a leatherette cover for your album, and there a plenty of colours to choose from. Simple check out the options via this link, and let me know which one you’d like!
A NOTE ON PARENT ALBUMS
Step Seven
7
Please note that if you would like to order a Parent Album, it must be ordered at the same time as your album to receive the special ‘parent album’ price. These are an exact copy of the final album design, just in a smaller size (6 x 6 inches).
PRODUCTION + DELIVERY
Step Eight
8
Once you’ve given your final approval for the design and confirmed your Album Cover choice, I’ll send out my final invoice. As soon as payment is received, the album will go into production. My album supplier can take up to 6-8 weeks to produce the album, with a few days added on for shipping & handling. Please factor these production times into your planning if you’re planning to gift Parent Albums or would like your Album to arrive for a particular date!
When your Album arrives, you can either pick it up from me or I can courier it out to you at no extra cost.
I absolutely cannot wait to see it all come together! An album is truly the icing on the proverbial wedding cake. You’ll love it!
Have a beautiful day and I look forward to hearing from you soon.
And remember, if you ever have any further questions, you can reach me at my email.
