It was like peeking into a scrapbook brimming with laughter, color, and, yes, a whole lot of gelato! The bride was practically over the moon, not just about the gelato (which deserves a moment of silence for its deliciousness), but also about seeing all the meticulous details they'd fretted over come together like a Pinterest board come to life. Imagine her, eyes sparkling, as she recalls friends and family, all smiles, gathered to celebrate their love. The groom, on the other hand, had his priorities set on the feast. Because, let's be honest, what's a party without mouth-watering food? Diving into their favorite moments, the bride reminisced about their dance and speeches—oh, and did we mention the gelato again? Meanwhile, the groom was all about the band and the dance floor, where everyone from Grandma to the littlest nephew boogied down in a heartwarming display of joy. Their wedding inspiration? Picture this: their home's chic decor—sleek black and white elegance meets bursts of vibrant, sunset-colored flowers. It's like their personalities got a design makeover: his classic style meshing with her bright, bubbly vibe. And how did they know they were meant for each other? For her, it was the daily dose of laughter and his quirky charm. For him, it was the fun they've had together, building a relationship that's as solid as it is joyful. Their aisle soundtrack? An acoustic rendition of the Foo Fighters' "Everlong," because nothing says "forever" like a rock ballad turned tender serenade. Choosing their wedding dream team was like casting for the coolest, most vibrant movie ever. From a photographer who captures smiles like they're going out of style to a gelato maker who's practically a wizard with flavors, every vendor was a star in their roles, adding their unique sparkle to the day. Looking back, the couple's verdict is a resounding "Heck yes, it was awesome!" Sure, there were a couple of sign snafus, but when you're floating on cloud nine, who really notices? Their advice to other couples? Keep it chill, savor every moment, and make sure your bridal party is as fabulous as you are, because they're the secret ingredient to a stress-free day. So, there you have it—a wedding that was not just a day but a kaleidoscope of memories, laughter, and, most importantly, love. And gelato. Never forget the gelato.`;

I had the best time capturing their day—the laughs, the hugs, and all the in-between moments that made it so them. Megan from Megan Knox Celebrancy set the perfect tone with a ceremony that was warm, heartfelt, and full of personality. Wallflower Perth nailed the florals with a dreamy mix of soft textures and romantic blooms that tied everything together without trying too hard. The Pretty Parlour worked their magic on hair, keeping things fresh, modern, and totally effortless (even in the wind). Painted by Pia gave Louise a glow that somehow looked both flawless and like she wasn’t wearing makeup at all—witchcraft, honestly. Louise’s dress from Jane Hill Bridal was sleek, elegant, and fit like it was made just for her (because, well, it was). The couple’s invites and signage from Paperlust kept things classy and clean—just the right amount of detail to hint at the good times ahead. DJ Yems turned the reception into an all-out dance floor takeover—zero awkward gaps, just banger after banger. The relaxed, coastal-style set-up from Heart Strings Hire & Style gave the whole day a perfectly curated but totally chill vibe. Jack n Rose Music brought acoustic magic during the day, setting the mood and giving everyone the feels before the DJ took over. Every piece of the day came together so naturally, just like Louise & Scott—low-key legends with seriously good taste. Wedding vendors feel free to share the whole blog.
